About Yu Shan Management

Yu Shan Management was founded in 2006 by Cees Baay, LL.M. Following his studies in Dutch Law with a specialization in Business Economics at the University of Amsterdam, he worked at VNU/Sanoma in various sales, marketing, and management roles.

In 2005, he established himself in Shanghai. Through Yu Shan Management, he has since set up and managed operations in Hong Kong, China, and Singapore for various Dutch companies. In addition, he has advised and guided businesses in their activities across the Chinese market.

Yu Shan Management possesses extensive on-site experience in resolving situations and operational issues that require dedicated attention within Dutch enterprises or joint ventures in China. Where necessary, we have temporarily assumed responsibility for local operations and implemented sustainable improvements in daily business activities.
